Watch is in very good pre-owned condition with some light scuffs on the case as well as moderate wear to the original Patek Philippe leather strap. Case measures 32mm x 38mm. Powered by an 18-jewel manual-wind mechanical movement with subsidiary seconds.

Patek Philippe 18K Pink Gold dress model ref # 3923 circa 1990's. 32 X 38mm snap back case with original silver satin dial with applied pink gold indexes and tapered rose gold sword hands. Powered by 18 jewel manual wind movement with subsidiary seconds. Patek signed crown, no personalized case back engraving, pink gold Patek buckle, and either used Patek, or new generic crocodile strap. Fully serviced and detailed. Great medium size man's model probably best suited for a woman.
